Shipping Information
We usually are able to ship your cards on the business day after you place your order and will contact you as soon as possible if your order is delayed due to an out of stock item or if we encounter another problem which could delay the order beyond reasonable processing times.

Orders shipped within the US and up to $50.00 are shipped via USPS Priority; orders shipped within the US $50.00 and over are shipped via UPS Ground.

Delivery time for items shipped within the US via USPS Priority & UPS Ground generally takes 3-6 business days to arrive depending upon where your package is being shipped and subject to availability and standard processing turnaround times.

When we ship your order to you, we will send you a confirming e-mail which will include your package's tracking number & the shipper's web site address so you can easily track your package.

Delivery time for items shipped Internationally arrive within 1-2 weeks.

Due to recent changes at the US Postal Service, you must upgrade to Airmail by adding the $15.00 International shipping upgrade to your cart.  This is an additional amount added to our standard Shipping and Handling Charges. 

With the recent elimination of surface mail, Airmail is now the least expensive shipping option.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Orders shipped within the US and up to $50.00 are shipped via USPS Priority; orders shipped within the US $50.00 and over are shipped via UPS Ground; orders shipped Internationally are via letter post or upgrade to Airmail by adding the Airmail upgrade to your cart.

Tax
The total cost of your items ordered plus applicable shipping fees you have selected are calculated on the "Total Order" page. Additionally, for orders shipping within Indiana, Indiana tax law requires that the sum of your total order be increased by 6% to reflect Indiana sales tax.


Mail: Checks and Money Orders
To make payment by check or money order, your order must be accompanied by check or money order denominated in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. 

Merchandise purchased by check or money order will not ship until the funds clear; please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery!

Be sure to include 6% sales tax if we are shipping your cards to an Indiana address & be sure to include the correct amount for shipping and handling.

You may write your order on paper or print out an order form.

Returns
You may return any item in saleable condition within 14 days of the shipment date for a full refund of the purchase price - excluding any shipping and handling charges.

To make a return, include your original invoice & include your reason for making the return.

We recommend that you send returns via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost items.

Your account will be credited within 3 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. Refunds will appear on your credit card billing statement.


Cancellations
If an item is unavailable, you will be contacted and informed what item is not available and you will be able to cancel all or part of your order at that time.
